We print and ship from the fulfilment centre closest to you, which means most orders arrive in 3–8 business days after you place them.
- USA: 4–7 business days
- Australia & NZ: 5–9 business days
- UK & Europe: 5–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Because every tee is made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Please double-check your size before ordering — our sizes follow Bella+Canvas 3001 specs and run true to size for unisex fit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we’ll replace or refund it free of charge. Email hello@dinkbrigade.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll sort it within 48 hours.
Lost in transit
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, get in touch and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We’ve got you covered.
